On a project as large and evolving as Project Zearth<\/strong>, some of the most impactful work happens quietly in the background\u2014shaping landscapes, connecting cities, and making the world feel alive long before players notice the details. Few people embody that role better than Picorims<\/strong>, whose contributions stretch across terraforming, infrastructure, planning, and even server configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Jack of All Trades on Zearth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Defining Picorims role on Project Zearth isn\u2019t straightforward\u2014and that\u2019s exactly the point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout Version 15<\/strong>, Picorims work has shifted constantly depending on the project\u2019s needs. A significant portion of that time has been spent on terraforming<\/strong>, especially for Nova<\/strong>, but also on improving existing areas such as Santoria\u2019s ocean sections<\/strong> and the map borders<\/strong>, ensuring the world feels cohesive rather than stitched together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond terraforming, Picorims has contributed to urban planning<\/strong>, particularly in the suburban areas of Prixton<\/strong>, though more selectively. Infrastructure is another key area of involvement: bridges, avenues, marinas, boat stops, and public spaces like parks all fall under their umbrella. On top of that, Picorims occasionally assists with server configuration<\/strong>, handling permissions and technical setups when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With such a wide range of responsibilities, Picorims describes their role best as a \u201cJack of all trades.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What stands out most, however, is their love for terraforming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTerraforming is very enjoyable and relaxing\u2014at least when the server does not crash every five minutes or take dozens of seconds to react.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Organic work, especially when done with tools rather than block-by-block placement, is where Picorims feels most at ease. Large builds can be exciting too, but they come with a cost\u2014long projects can drain energy and motivation over time, making them both rewarding and frustrating in equal measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
